SUMMARY:RSPH Accredited Training in Public Health - Level 1 Health Improvement Course (1 Day)
DESCRIPTION:The objective of this qualification is to provide learners with an understanding of public health and the factors that have improved public health. Learners will also be given an understanding of how\, at an individual level\, lifestyle choices and behaviours can have a positive and negative effect on health. \nLearners will be able to use this understanding to identify changes to their own lifestyle in order to improve their health. \nThe high-level learning outcomes of the course include understanding what is meant by health and wellbeing\, factors that have led to the improvement of public health\, how lifestyle may have a negative and positive effect on your health and know how to improve your own health. \nLunch and refreshments will be provided. \nFor further information and an application form please contact: Tony Willis at tony.willis@kingston.gov.uk or 020 8547 6053 \n
